What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at RENOVATION RESOURCES?
For Atlanta based company, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations for finished building products, including countertops, cabinets, light fixtures, faucets, and related materials.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the construction and renovation industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales.
Description of the duty
1. Initiate marketing process to interest builders, contractors and commercial owners of our services that fit their needs
2. Responsible to manage the entire process from quotation, orders until deliver the goods
3. Responsible for legal documents such as orders and invoices
4. Follow up the inventory
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years Experience managing relationships with builders, contractors, or interior designers; understanding of installation processes for kitchen/bathroom products.
- Strong understanding of finished building products (countertops, cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures).
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and and be organized at work.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with contractors, builders, or interior designers.
- Knowledge of installation processes for kitchen/bath products.
