We are currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts from contract to close while delivering a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Coordinate with agents, clients, escrow, lenders, and inspectors to ensure all deadlines are met.
Review contracts and related documents for completeness and compliance.
Manage and update transaction files using [mention software if applicable – e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, etc.].
Track important dates (e.g., inspection, financing, closing) and communicate reminders to all parties.
Ensure all documents are properly signed, filed, and submitted in a timely manner.
Provide high-level customer service and serve as the main point of contact during the transaction process.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or a related administrative role.
Working knowledge of real estate contracts and closing procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and transaction management platforms (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, DocuSign).
Ability to manage multiple files at once and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
