Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our regenerative medicine and wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing joint injections and IV therapy, as well as strong communication skills to educate patients about advanced regenerative treatments, including Wharton’s Jelly allograft, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), and intravenous wellness therapies. This role involves direct patient care, consultations, and clinical procedures that align with our mission to restore health, vitality, and quality of life through innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including health histories and physical exams.
- Conduct consultations to assess patient eligibility for regenerative therapies (Wharton’s Jelly, PRP, IV therapy, etc.).
- Administer joint injections utilizing Wharton’s Jelly allograft and PRP products following clinical protocols.
- Initiate and monitor IV therapy for wellness and regenerative purposes.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed to support patient care.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
Patient Education & Communication
- Educate patients on regenerative medicine treatment options, including benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure patient safety and optimal results.
- Serve as a trusted resource, answering questions and guiding patients in their health journey.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing advanced therapies.
- Participate in staff training, quality assurance, and continuing education in regenerative medicine practices.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or equivalent).
- Certification as NP (ANCC/AANP or state equivalent).
- Prior experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, or regenerative medicine preferred.
- Proficiency in performing joint injections (training can be provided if needed).
- Experience with IV initiation and infusion therapy.
- Strong patient communication, consultation, and education skills.
- Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
