We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify and secure OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers for Renova's RMA, logistics, and repair department services. This hybrid inside/outside sales role combines networking, site visits, and virtual engagement to build partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Prospect & Close New Business
- Identify and qualify net-new OEM customers seeking to outsource repair, RMA, and logistics operations
- Execute full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature
- Conduct outbound prospecting, site visits, and virtual presentations
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue quotas
Network & Build Relationships
- Attend monthly local events
- Represent Renova trade shows and industry conferences
- Leverage association networks to generate qualified referrals
Consult & Solve Problems
- Assess prospect needs through on-site facility tours and discovery meetings
- Present customized solutions demonstrating how Renova's services integrate with OEM operations
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and handle objections
Manage Partnerships
- Maintain CRM pipeline with accurate activity tracking
- Coordinate with technical team on scoping, pricing, and service level agreements
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff to operations
Required:
- 3-5 years B2B sales experience with proven track record closing deals
- Strong consultative selling and networking skills
- Excellent communication skills for C-level and operations stakeholders
- CRM proficiency
- Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred:
- Experience in OEM, manufacturing, repair services, or logistics sectors
- Existing industry network and association memberships
- Understanding of repair operations and vendor management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
