JOB SUMMARY: Renova One is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to support our growing Interior & Exterior Renovation (IR/ER) division in the Des Moines, Iowa market. This position will initially lead a major renovation project expected to span approximately 6–8 months. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budget management, quality control, and client communication.

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Manage interior and exterior renovation projects of varying size and complexity from start to finish
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
• Prepare and review accurate project estimates using Xactimate and other estimation tools
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout each project
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and resolve project issues, scope changes, and potential risks proactively
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records within company systems (LGTK, Smartsheet, Xactimate)
• Collaborate with leadership to support the continued development and scaling of the IR/ER service line
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10 years of project management experience in construction or renovation (interior and/or exterior)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying scopes and budgets
• Experience managing large-scale renovation, restoration, or commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with both interior and exterior renovation scopes strongly preferred
• Proven ability to independently oversee project schedules, budgets, field operations, and client relationships
• Strong estimating skills; Xactimate experience is a significant plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management and field operations software (LGTK, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Salary Description
$75K - $90K Bonus
