About the RoleWe're looking for a Medical Assistant to support our providers and deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout. This role is hands-on — assisting with treatments, prepping rooms, managing patient flow, and helping our clients feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way.
What You'll Do- Room and prep patients for treatments (injectables, laser, skin, and wellness services)
- Assist providers during procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room
- Take patient histories, vitals, and photos as needed
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation
- Sterilize and manage medical equipment and supplies per protocol
- Support front desk and scheduling flow during busy periods
- Help maintain inventory of medical and treatment supplies
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Medical experience preferred (MA certification, CNA, EMT, or similar background a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills — warm, professional, and comfortable talking with patients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a constantly evolving schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of responsibilities
- A team player who's willing to jump in wherever needed
