Position Overview
ReNova Health Clinics is a boutique, cash-pay wellness and regenerative medicine clinic dedicated to delivering a highly personalized, elevated patient experience. We are seeking a polished, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk Concierge to support daily in-clinic operations and serve as the primary point of contact for patients while our Office Manager works remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Concierge-Level Patient Experience
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
- Anticipate patient needs and maintain a calm, upscale clinic atmosphere
- Provide clear communication regarding services, pricing, and next steps
- Build strong patient relationships through exceptional service
Front Desk Operations
- Manage daily front desk workflow and patient scheduling
- Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Confirm appointments and assist with follow-up scheduling
- Maintain an organized, polished reception area at all times
Financial Coordination
- Collect payments and process point-of-sale transactions
- Communicate pricing and service information clearly and professionally
Administrative & Clinic Support
- Send patient forms, orders, and post-visit instructions as directed
- Maintain accurate and discreet documentation within the EMR system
- Coordinate closely with the remote Office Manager to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with inventory awareness and clinic organization
In-Clinic Wellness Services
- Set up and guide patients through non-invasive wellness services
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms between patients
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards consistent with a premium wellness clinic
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in concierge service, medical front desk, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing, services, and payment options professionally
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems, EMRs, and communication platforms
- Calm, polished demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Schedule
- Part-time, in-clinic position
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week based on patient schedule
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays
- Flexible hours depending on clinic demand
