Position OverviewWe are seeking a Builder & Multi-Family Sales Consultant to manage and grow relationships with builders, contractors, and developers. This is a relationship-driven role focused on supporting projects from planning through completion.
This is not a retail sales position. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the construction, builder, or multi-family space and understands how to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with home builders, general contractors, and multi-family developers
- Manage projects from initial planning through completion
- Coordinate appliance specifications, orders, and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in builder sales, construction, or a related industry (appliances, cabinetry, plumbing, flooring, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
