Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Resurfacing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in refinishing bathtubs, showers, sinks, countertops and tiles using various resurfacing techniques and is comfortable working independently in clients’ homes or job sites.
Responsibilities
- Clean, prep, and mask off surfaces to prepare for refinishing
- Apply bonding agents, primers, and topcoats using spray equipment
- Repair chips, cracks, and other surface imperfections
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety and quality control standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Transport equipment and materials to job sites (valid driver’s license required)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bathtub or surface refinishing preferred
- Familiarity with resurfacing materials (epoxy/enamel, acrylic urethane, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in tight or small spaces
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE when required
