Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment process of the US company, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding procedures, etc.
2. Manage labor relations for the US company.
3. Assist in developing overseas compensation and benefits programs.
4. Support research on benefits programs, labor laws, union regulations, etc., across various regions in the US.
5. Assist in conducting statistical analysis of compensation data for local employees.
6. Complete other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner, such as logistics coordination.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; Mandarin can be used as native language (required).
2. Work location: Dallas, USA.
3. At least one year of experience in HR and administration; overseas work/study experience is preferred.
4. Familiarity with US labor laws, immigration policies, and talent acquisition regulations.
5. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, resilience, and problem-solving abilities; prior experience in multinational or overseas companies is preferred.
6. Strong writing skills, logical thinking, clarity of thought, and proficiency in office software.
7. Detail-oriented, responsible, highly discreet, team player, good communication skills, and strong sense of job stability.
