Responsibilities
- Market Development: Drive sales and channel expansion of C&I energy storage products (such as 60kWh cabinets, 233kWh all-in-one systems, and 1.67MWh containerized solutions) in the North American market.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with EPCs, utilities, system integrators, and energy investors to achieve sales targets.
- Solution Delivery: Provide tailored energy storage system solutions based on customer needs, coordinating with internal technical teams for support and tendering.
- Sales Management: Lead contract negotiations, track payment collection, and ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule.
- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team on trade shows, seminars, and customer training events to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in C&I energy storage or renewable energy, with proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Strong knowledge of the North American energy storage market, with established connections to EPCs, distributors, or utilities.
- Excellent business negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a strong plus).
- Results-oriented with strong sales data focus; able to work under pressure and frequent travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with a well-known energy storage manufacturer or EPC company.
- Familiarity with government incentive programs (e.g., U.S. IRA, SGIP) and grid interconnection standards.
- Hands-on experience in Virtual Power Plant (VPP) operations or smart energy management.
