Responsibilities
- Establish and continuously improve the installer success system, covering full-process management including installer onboarding, certification, enablement, delivery coordination, technical support, quality improvement, repurchase growth, and performance-based elimination.
- Define installer admission criteria, capability tiers, and service level rules; manage installer engagement and daily operations.
- Build a training and certification framework for installers; organize job certification, skills training, delivery support, and case reviews to enhance installer professionalism.
- Collaborate with channel teams to drive installer activation and replication, accelerating the scaling of the installer ecosystem.
- Work closely with sales, product, and technical support teams to facilitate complex project implementation, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Establish a closed-loop mechanism for installation quality issues; improve processes for issue reporting, knowledge capture, and problem resolution; continuously reduce installation quality complaint rates.
- Drive installer satisfaction, repurchase rates, and retention; increase installer-contributed revenue and project volume.
- Set up weekly/monthly/quarterly installer success review mechanisms; regularly produce analytical reports and drive implementation of improvement actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in technical services, customer success, or installer ecosystem management, including at least 3 years managing installers in the energy storage, residential ESS, inverter, or distributed energy system sectors.
- Familiarity with the installer ecosystem, EPCs, small contractors, and regional installation networks; possesses both technical background and customer management capabilities.
- Proficient in training/certification, delivery support, installation SOPs, and closed-loop processes for common faults; able to drive cross-functional collaboration and balance sales growth with delivery quality.
- Strong execution, field management, and closed-loop mindset; focused on installation quality, repurchase rates, training effectiveness, and issue resolution.
- Experience as an installer ecosystem lead, customer success director, technical service director, or North America installer training/certification lead in the energy storage/inverter/residential ESS industry is preferred.
