Renold Morristown is recruiting for skilled and motivated CNC Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and production specifications.

As a CNC Operator, you will:
- Operate CNC machines to machine components to print specifications
- Review setup sheets and select proper tooling and materials
- Perform minor program adjustments and tool offsets
- Load materials and change tooling as needed

Conduct first-piece inspections using:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Gauges
- Perform periodic quality inspections during production
- Operate multiple machines to meet production requirements
- Maintain machines through routine maintenance
- Move materials to the next production operation
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CNC machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret machining drawings
- Understanding of tooling and machining processes
- Experience making minor program adjustments
- Knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to quality and detail
Monday - Friday; 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Monday - Friday; 1st Shift; 7am - 3:30pm
Sunday - Thursday; 3rd Shift; 11pm - 7:30am
