Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Closing
- Manage inbound leads from website inquiries, phone calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solar and battery solutions.
- Prepare quotes and proposals in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
- Conduct sales consultations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and close deals independently.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and customer interactions in CRM.
- Serve as a primary customer contact after contract signing and throughout project delivery.
- Provide proactive updates on project milestones, schedules, and next steps.
- Coordinate with engineering, permitting, installation, and operations teams to keep projects on track.
- Follow up on outstanding customer documents, approvals, and scheduling requirements.
- Identify potential delays, communicate issues, and escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project records and support a positive customer experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer account management, or project coordination.
- Experience in residential solar, energy storage, construction, or home improvement sales is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage leads, present proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
- Excellent customer communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
