In this role, you would be the first and last point of contact for patients at our ROC Express Clinic in Fernley. You could make patients feel less nervous or scared to visit our team or make a patient’s day by giving them a warm welcome. Your attention to detail will allow for the correct information be provided to the clinical team and ensure the correct billing is taken care of for the patient. You are essential to facilitating a great patient experience.
What would you do as a Patient Services Representative?
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for helping patients daily, with an emphasis on quality patient care. Your daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Check-in/Check-out patients and schedule follow up appointments.
- Accurately enter patient demographic information.
- Scan photo ID’s and insurance card as well as verify insurances.
- Collect applicable co-pays and ensure billing information is updated.
- Balance money drawers at end of day.
- Maintain calm and efficient patient flow through the clinics.

- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of:
- Customer service principles and practices
- Experience:
- Using computer systems and applications, including entering data and typing
Preferred Qualifications - How can you set yourself apart from other applicants?
- One year of experience performing reception duties.
