What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse / Shop Foreman position at Reno Door & Trim?
Reno Door & Trim is actively seeking an experienced Door Shop Warehouse / Shop Foreman This position reports directly to the General Manager. This is a working foreman position and requires heavy lifting regularly, and may require some time operating machinery.
Potential candidates will have the following responsibilities but not limited to what is listed:
Warehouse Management Responsibilities:
Experience managing a team of 10 people.
Experience with maintaning production schedules.
Machine operation experience or background.
Ability to conduct team production and safety meetings.
Proven track record of leading well.
Experience with working alongside other team managers to achieve the common goals.
Work directly with Production Manager, and Field Foreman
Must have Strong Inventory control experience and inventory management
Ability to throroughly read through and validate production work orders and instructions.
Work closely with Purchasing / Inventory Control Associates.
Conduct cylce counting, and other necessary physical inventory managment steps.
Experience with machine maintenance, and equipment maintenance a big plus.
Maintain quality assurance and order complete and in full inspection processes.
We offer 401K, Medical Insurance, PTO, and 1 week's paid vacation after first year. Pay will be dependant upon experience. There will be a 90 day review period to asses improvment levels and goal achievments, after which an increase may or may not be given depending on perforamnce review. Overtime may be required in certain circumstances. Work schedule is as follows: 6:00am to 2:30pm Mon thru Friday.
