Job Purpose and Objectives:
Performs general public health nursing services or provides skilled nursing services in a home environment.
Position Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position Requirements:
- 2-year Associate Degree Nursing Graduate.
- B.S.N. preferred.
- Requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in public health, medical/surgical, mother/baby or pediatric nursing.
Certifications / Licenses:
- Must have a current license to practice nursing in the State of Kansas.
- Must possess a valid Kansas driver’s license.
- Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements, including license renewal.
