Job Purpose and Objectives:
Ensure the accurate execution of the collection of data, inspections, and valuation of commercial real estate property in Reno County for ad valorem tax purposes. Assist in planning and organizing work assignments; collection and analysis of statistical data; report writing and quality control.

Position Requirements: Field Appraiser III - Pay Range $21.21 - $27.28 hourly
- Successfully Completed IAAO courses 101, 102 and Commercial Data Collection.
- Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements relative to the position.
Certifications / Licenses
- Maintain a valid Kansas driver's license.
