We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated Human Systems Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human factors engineering, system design, and usability analysis, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct human factors engineering analyses and evaluations to optimize user interfaces and improve overall system performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure human factors are integrated into the design and development process.
- Develop and implement usability testing protocols to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed documentation and reports outlining findings, recommendations, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in human systems integration.
Qualifications:
- BS in an engineering discipline or BS in physical science, engineering, or mathematics required and 6 years in Government related Research and Development (R&D), Test and Evaluation (T&E), and systems acquisition programs.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in human systems integration or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
