This position is responsible for leading and managing all digital design and drawing production activities across multiple projects. The role serves as the firm’s subject matter expert in Revit, CAD, and BIM systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in project coordination and documentation. You’ll oversee drawing standards, provide technical support to engineering and project teams, and drive continuous improvement in digital design workflows. Ideal Candidate Background:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field with at least 8 years of progressive experience in Revit, CAD, and BIM coordination.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain drawing templates, client standards, and troubleshoot complex BIM/CAD challenges across multiple projects.
- Fire Protection industry experience and Autodesk Revit certification or similar credentials are a plus.
