Provide and maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility’s established privacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At a minimum, must have high school diploma or its equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Have at least one (1) years’ experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college.
