The Assistant Dietary Manager shall be responsible for assisting the Dietary Manager in supervising all kitchen personnel and ensuring the nutritional needs of the residents are met.

Qualifications:Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A minimum of 3 years food service experience
- Must have or be able to obtain Serv-safe certification
