Program Coordinator

The RennerVation Foundation is growing and looking for a program coordinator to provide direct services and program development. This unique role will be critical in developing programs for our community of foster youth and at-risk youth. The candidate will spend time helping to develop infrastructure in both administrative tasks as well as case management services to foster youth and at-risk in the community. Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and oversee volunteer programming to support mission and vision.
• Develop and implement programs with a trauma informed practices.
• Mentor, support, and guide youth and young adults in need of various supports as they transition to adulthood.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and community partners to enhance program outreach.
• Lead, organize and participate in our annual summer camps which include overnight stay to support the foster youth programming.
• Supervise volunteers, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a program and event management

• Demonstrated experience in working with young people.
• Excellent relationship management and administrative skills
• Proficient in communication skills and leadership qualities
• Background in child welfare or behavioral health is a plus and will be given preference.
• Background in non profit program development will also be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
