THE JOB
You'll speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introduce Renmark's replacement window solutions, identify interest, and schedule free in-home estimates.
- Start conversations and build rapport with homeowners.
- Identify potential interest in replacement windows.
- Schedule appointments through Renmark's Contact Center and Feather.
- Maintain accurate appointment details and professional communication.
Your focus is prospecting and setting appointments. Remodeling Consultants handle product presentations, pricing, and closing.
COMPENSATION
- $30,000 annual base salary as a W-2 employee.
- Additional commission on top of your base salary.

Total earnings depend on the applicable commission plan and individual results.
