Lean & Industrial Process Engineer

We're seeking an ambitious engineer to help optimize operations, implement Lean systems, and drive measurable business improvements across a rapidly growing healthcare company. You'll work directly with company ownership, gain exposure to strategic decision-making, and help shape the future of our operations.
What You'll Do
· Improve warehouse layout, workflow, and material flow
· Reduce equipment inspection, cleaning and disinfection turnaround times and increase productivity
· Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
· Analyze operational data and develop KPIs
· Implement 5S, visual management, and process improvements
· Solve operational bottlenecks and drive measurable results
What We're Looking For
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Operations, Supply Chain, or related Engineering field
· 0-5 years of experience
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence
· Self-starter with leadership potential and a desire to grow
