Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Intern to join our BI and data analytics team. This internship offers hands-on experience with enterprise data systems and visualization tools, empowering you to transform raw data into actionable insights. You’ll work across multiple departments and systems, including ERP, QMS, PLM, and modern BI tools like Power BI and Power Platform.

Essential Functions

• Support integration and data analysis across enterprise systems such as ERP, QMS (Quality Management System), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platforms.
• Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Use Power Query, DAX, and Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline and automate data processes.
• Help design and maintain data models within MSSQL and Data Warehouse environments.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment tasks to prepare datasets for reporting and visualization.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into data visualizations and KPIs.
  
  

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Jr. or Sr. status with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
• Knowledge or MS Office applications
• Knowledge of several development languages
• Must be eligible to qualify for a security clearance
• Familiarity with Power BI and basic concepts of data visualization.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL, preferably MSSQL.
• Exposure to Power Query, Power Platform, or other low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
