DRIVE – Our International Trainee Program

Are you ambitious, talented and want to take your career to the next level? With DRIVE, we are looking for our leaders of tomorrow!

The program will prepare you specifically for your first leadership position. You will gain valuable experience, actively shape the future of the RENK from day 1 and expand your international network. You can expect challenging projects, intensive networking, mentoring and a steep learning curve.

RENK America, headquartered in Muskegon, MI, is a leading global supplier of best-in-class mobility solutions for military combat vehicles. RENK has over 4,000 dedicated employees globally so we can ensure that we are a reliable partner worldwide.

With our eleven production sites as part of a network of 19 locations for production, technical support and maintenance all over the world, we are always close to our customers.

DRIVE, our 18-month program, will begin at the Augsburg Germany location, which will take you through various departments and locations and prepare you for your target position. In the program, we fill positions in our segments Vehicle Mobility Solutions, Marine & Industry and Slide Bearings, as well as in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Project Management and IT.

Position Requirements

Great Candidates For This Program Would Have The Following

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent course of study.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in operations.
• International experience and the willingness to travel, team spirit, strong communication skills and a convincing personality.
• Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
• You have DRIVE, think entrepreneurially and want to take on responsibility.
• Ability to stretch outside your comfort zone – effectively adapting to new assignments, managers and business challenges.
• Fluent in English and ideally other foreign languages. German language skills is a plus.
