What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat cutter/Slaughter team member position at Renick Valley Meats?
Renick Valley Meats is a small slaughterhouse and meat processing facility in Renick, WV. We are growing and are looking to add team members who are willing to support our vision to become an integral part of our regional food system.
Must be able to show up on time and work 40 hours (with overtime pay) during the busy season. Prior experieence with meat cutting or whole animal butchery is a plus, but not necessary. On the job training will be provided. You must be willing to work hard and learn all of the jobs in the processing room and slaughter floor. Starting pay depends on experience.
