Reni Behavioral Health, LLC is a clinician-led behavioral health practice providing waiver-based Therapeutic Consultation services grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Role Summary
Independent contractor providing Therapeutic Consultation services to support individuals, caregivers, and provider teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Therapeutic Consultation assessments and follow-up services
- Develop and update behavior strategies aligned with waiver requirements
- Collaborate with caregivers, sponsored residential providers, and day support staff
- Provide caregiver and provider training
- Complete required documentation within established timelines
Scope
- Clinical services only
- No billing or administrative responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling
- In-person and telehealth services as appropriate
Qualifications
- Eligible to provide Therapeutic Consultation services
- Experience with waiver-based services preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Contract Details
- Independent contractor (1099)
- Competitive hourly or per-visit rate
