Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our clinical research and diagnostic team.ResponsibilitiesPerform urinalysis testing in the Microbiology Lab.Operate automated urinalysis equipment and conduct manual urine reviews.Conduct specimen processing and testing in accordance with established protocols for clinical trials or diagnostic purposes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret data analysis results and contribute to research publications or clinical reports.QualificationsProven experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment with expertise in laboratory techniques.Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory procedures.Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols including aseptic techniques and handling of biological specimens.Prior hospital or clinical laboratory experience is highly desirable.Associate degree in medical laboratory or in biological, chemical science required.Compensation$25.25/hr with MLT-ASCP Certification$22.50/hr without CertificationHours9am-5pm, Monday-FridayEOE
