SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for having the ability to accurately and timely rework and repackage merchandise while adhering to Company policy and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to rework merchandise to meet customers’ needs in a timely and efficient manner;
- Responsible for removing packaging from merchandise and repackage which may include re-pricing depending on customer;
- Ability to correctly replace new packaging and place on track;
- Maintain good housekeeping in work area;
- Ability and willingness to be cross-trained for multi job functions;
- Ability to train as needed in Returns Department from customers (requires basic computer skills, ability to document all information on spreadsheets, complete Return Receiving Report in a timely manner);
- To complete additional tasks or assignments as needed given by management team.

- High School Diploma preferred.
