Renewyx have partnered with a leading general contractor specialising in core commercial construction to bring on an Assistant Superintendent in the Napa / Sonoma County area.
This is a ground-up commercial builder with an active Northern California pipeline. They back their field leaders, promote from within, and want an Assistant Super who is ready to step up.
The role:
Support day-to-day field operations across active commercial builds. Work alongside a Lead Superintendent to manage subcontractor crews, site safety, schedule, and quality — then own it yourself.
What you’ll bring:
- 3–7 years of field supervision experience on commercial ground-up projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination
- Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and site safety requirements
- A communicator who can manage subs and build crews effectively
- Procore or equivalent field management tools — a plus
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required
