I'm working exclusively with one of the most respected general contractors in Northern California — a firm that has built its reputation not just on delivering exceptional projects, but on the culture it has cultivated along the way. They're now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team on a meaningful local project in Petaluma. This isn't a role where you'll be filing RFIs in the background. This is a company that invests in its APMs, gives them real responsibility, and builds careers with intention.

Someone who has genuinely grown into project management — not just held the title. They want an APM who has been in the room, contributed to decisions, and can point to medium-to-large scale Bay Area projects in the $20M–$100M range and say "I helped build that."
