Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Duties
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies or trauma-related issues like PTSD.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts for inpatient, outpatient, or community-based clients.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCADC, LMSW, LGPC (supervision available for LMSW/LGPC) Required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in mental health (preferred)

- Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation purposes.
