Overview
We are looking for a Property Inspector specializing in Airbnb rentals! I
This role is a contract only, on a as-needed basis. We typically have 3 to 5 inspections a week, and we pay for each inspection on a standard rate.
This is a great role for after your full-time job!
You will ensure that each property meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your proactive approach will help maintain exceptional guest experiences, and help us deliver outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of Airbnb properties to verify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards before guest check-in.
Desired Qualification
- Proven experience in property management, real estate administrative work, or facilities management;
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical inspections in various environments; comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors as needed
- Understanding of Basic Handy Man duties.
