Staff Supervisor – Direct Support Team Leader
📍 Location: Hayden, Idaho & Surrounding Areas
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; weekend check ins as needed
📞 On-Call Rotation: Every 4 weeks
💲 Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Renewed Horizons is looking for a motivated and compassionate Staff Supervisor to lead our team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role is perfect for someone who loves mentoring others, solving problems, and helping people grow — both our staff and the adults with disabilities we serve. You’ll play a critical role in scheduling, staff support, training, and helping ensure our homes run smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do:
🗓 Create and maintain staff schedules for multiple locations
🧠 Provide training and guidance for new DSPs
🧑🏫 Offer mentorship and real-time coaching for staff
🛠 Help solve day-to-day issues as they arise in homes
🗣 Have supportive conversations to encourage professional growth
👥 Fill in and work DSP shifts as needed to ensure coverage
📞 Participate in an on-call rotation every 4 weeks
📋 Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and care standards

What You’ll Need:
✔ Must be 18 years or older
✔ Previous DSP or related care experience required
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Valid driver's license, car insurance & reliable transportation
✔ Must pass a background check
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience a plus but not required — we will train the right person!
