You’ll work side-by-side with participants at local businesses — offering guidance, encouragement, and real-time coaching that helps them thrive.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
✔ Work 1:1 with participants at their jobs — coaching and supporting in real time
✔ Help teach job skills, time management, and workplace communication
✔ Encourage independence while providing backup support when needed
✔ Communicate with employers and our team to ensure long-term success
✔ Document progress and observations after each shift
✔ Offer transportation or accompany participants to work as needed
