About the Role
We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse Trainer with experience in medspa, dermatology, or wellness care. You’ll help create and deliver treatment protocols, train staff, and ensure consistent, safe, high-quality services across all spa locations.
Responsibilities:

Develop and refine standard treatment procedures

Conduct remote and in-person training for nurses and estheticians

Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards

Support new spa openings and team performance audits
Qualifications:

Active RN license (required)
