Your Role
- Engage with clients through phone, text, and in-person consultations to recommend treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and drive consistent daily sales
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with estheticians and nurses
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality client journey from inquiry to post-visit follow-up
- Track, monitor, and maximize personal sales performance and conversion rates
