The Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance plans, directs, and implements policies for all phases of company operations and personnel activities. This position will develop and execute human resources strategy, ensuring continual alignment with the company’s mission and core values, and will strive to maintain a positive, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. The Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance will make strategic recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Management, and management teams and provide oversight of the entirety of the employee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll. This individual will evaluate and make recommendations of benefit programs and compensation structure changes to existing plans. The Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance is also responsible for executing internal auditing processes and assessing program needs to ensure that program compliance objectives and benchmarks are met. This individual will assist the Chief Compliance Officer with all contractual, licensing, and accreditation audit coordination and preparation.Eligibility RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have the ability to manage a 24/7 on-call status.Education and/or ExperienceMust possess a strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, payroll, and recruitment practices. High degree of ethics required.Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and ten (10) years of related experience required. Five (5) years of progressive human resources experience required. Prior management experience required. HR Certification preferred.
