Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of how to share events and mission of nonprofit and and gain followers on social media,, experience in social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and advertising sales
• Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and basic HTML skills for website updates
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting
• Experience managing marketing or public relations teams is a plus; strong project management skills are essential
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences
• Ability to utilize marketing automation platforms for email campaigns, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking
• Strong research skills combined with data-driven decision-making capabilities to optimize marketing strategies
• Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing principles, performance marketing techniques, e-commerce platforms, and print advertising methods is desirable
• Effective communication skills with a proactive attitude toward collaboration and problem-solving
