What You’ll Do:
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Delivery Driver to join our team. The Route Delivery Driver will be responsible for providing home and office dry cleaning delivery service to our customers or specified routes. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain delivery routes as assigned, identifying potential new business opportunities
- Understand and pursue route growth and performance goals.
- Always work to increase participation in route delivery service
- Evaluate the performance of individual routes weekly and track growth
- Provide the very finest customer service experience possible as it pertains to the route delivery customers
- Distribute no less than 10 door hangings on every scheduled delivery day
- Update drivers manifest every single week, making certain that all information is current
- Contact customers weekly, executing the company customer retention and growth policy
- Meet bi- weekly with the route delivery manager
- On a bi-weekly basis, meet with the Plant Customer Service Manager to review overall progress of the route delivery program
- Maintain efficiency in all aspects of job

- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing delivery documentation.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
