Renewal by Andersen is hiring an experienced Lead Window Installer / Crew Lead to run residential installation projects across the Twin Cities.

What You’ll Do
- Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish
- Manage job sites and ensure quality craftsmanship
- Train and mentor installers on your crew
- Perform measurements, prep work, and installation
- Communicate with homeowners and deliver a great experience
- Complete jobs safely, on time, and to company standards
What You Bring
- 5 years of window installation, carpentry, or remodeling experience
- Experience leading crews or running job sites
- Strong skills with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
