Repeat Customer Specialist - Northborough, MA

As a Repeat Customer Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll proactively contact existing customers by phone to schedule appointments for the next phase of their window and door replacement projects. You will also coordinate consultations with our Sales Consultants. 

Qualifications
- 2 years or more of call center and sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change in a feedback driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as an active team member.
- Multi-tasking by adjusting from one type of call to another efficiently.
