What Neighborhood Marketers Do:

• Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
• Spark interest and schedule appointments for product demonstrations
• Educate potential customers about Mr. Rogers Windows' high-quality window and door solutions
• Follow established Mr. Rogers Windows policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
  
  
  

Who We Need:

• Motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be 18 and able to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, and able to follow strict attendance policy
• Able to work Monday through Friday 11:00am – 6:30pm (35 hours a week)

Job Qualifications

Education/Experience

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Experience in direct sales, customer service, marketing helpful
