What you'll do as an Events and Retail Marketer:
- Generate leads and appointments at Events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources
- Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
- Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.

What we are looking for:
- Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
- Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
- Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside
- Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
