What Youll Do
- Manageresidential home improvement installation projectsfrom measurement through completion
- Coordinateproject schedules, materials, and installation crews
- Serve as theprimary communication point for homeownersthroughout the project
- Conductjob site visitsto ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards
- Provideaccurate measurements, scopes, and timelines
- Identify risks andproactively solve project challenges
Lead & Develop Installation Teams
- Supervise and supportinstallation crews and foremen
- Assign projects based on team strengths and availability
- Monitor key metrics:quality, productivity, safety, attendance
- Approve timecards and bonus structures
- Coach teams to improve performance and reduce service issues
Drive Operational Success
- Maintain accuratejob files and documentation
- Partner withOperations and Customer Care teams
- Identify trends andreduce service calls through training and process improvement
- Ensure compliance withbuilding codes and company standards
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience inconstruction, home improvement, or related field
- Knowledge ofinstallation practices and building codes
- Proven ability tolead crews and manage field operations
- Strong communication andcustomer-facing skills
- Ability tomanage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to workflexible hours and overtime as needed
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Window, door, or exterior remodeling experience
- Installation or field service leadership background
