Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a call center representative, you will eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments.
Follow up on customer inquiries.
Set qualified sales appointments. (It would be your job to keep our sales calendar full!)
Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.
Qualifications:
The ability to provide customers with a dynamic presentation, informing them of product information.
Your experience in sales, marketing or lead generation.
You possess general computer knowledge (MS office - Word, Excel) & are internet savvy.
You are always looking for an opportunity to increase sales, a way to improve your customer service skills or a way to impact the success of the company.
