Pay: $20.00/hour performance-based bonuses (average annual earnings are approximately $67,600 for qualifying performers)

Position Overview

We’re looking for an outgoing and dependable Proxy Agent to connect with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods. In this role, you’ll introduce homeowners to Renewal by Andersen, answer basic questions, generate interest in free in-home consultations, and schedule appointments for our sales and design team.

You’ll spend most of your time working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident in the role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable approaching new people, communicates well, and takes pride in representing the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
• Introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Generate interest in free in-home consultations
• Schedule appointments for the sales/design team
• Represent the brand professionally in the field
• Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone

Qualifications & Skills

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00/hour performance-based bonuses (average annual earnings are approximately $67,600 for qualifying performers)
