Position Overview

This is a full-time, field-based lead generation role. You represent the brand by going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods across Greater Des Moines and engaging homeowners in conversation about window and door replacement services.

This is not a sales position. There are no closing responsibilities, no pricing discussions, and no contract handling. The sales team manages the consultation and sale process after appointments are scheduled.

What You'll Do

• Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
• Introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Generate interest in free in-home consultations
• Schedule appointments for the sales/design team
• Represent the brand professionally in the field
• Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Daytime and early evening hours
• Work conducted outdoors in residential neighborhoods
• Territory-based assignments across Greater Des Moines

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable carrying marketing materials as needed
